From 1 to 6 November 2022 the five teams of the Philippines partner universities, accompanied by their president will make a study visit to the three EU partner universities, followed-up by a visit to Brussels. Also representatives of non-university partners, such as CHED/Ministry of Education will participate in the visit. The members of the group are divided over the three EU universities for two days meetings. They will pay visits to the university involved as well as two schools. The visit to the universities is followed-up by a two day visit to Brussels. In Brussels the representatives will meet colleagues interested in the topic of the project to discuss its findings so far.
FORTH Project period extended until May 2023
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it has proven necessary to extend the FORTH project period to meet all objectives planned. Although, tremendous progress has been made in developing the six FORTH modules for the Master specialisation, their testing in real time situations had to be postponed because universities and schools in the Philippines were closed for a long time. Since the spring the situation has normalised again. Online modes of learning were not perceived as an effective model for implementation and testing of the newly developed materials.
‘First of its kind’: Launch of the first FORTH Master in the news

It is explicitly mentioned that the Master is an outcome of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building Project FORTH, which is co-funded by the European Commission. See for the article:
